I was updated when the flowers were delivered, the website was user friendly, and the flowers were very much appreciated by the recipient. The only improvement I could suggest would be sending the person who placed the order an image of the finished product, specifically on the designer's choice arrangements- but only because I would love to see how pretty it looked! Thank you for a wonderful job.
